Attorney Eugene T. Franklin graduated from the Boalt Hall School of Law, University of California  (Berkeley) in 1985.  After graduating from law school at the University of California, Mr. Franklin worked as a Deputy District Attorney in the Alameda County District Attorney's office.  As a deputy district attorney, Mr. Franklin tried more than twenty criminal cases to verdict; in addition, since 1990,  Mr. Franklin has tried numerous employment and other civil cases of verdict.  Since 1990, Mr. Franklin has focused  his practice on employment law.  Mr. Franklin has extensive knowledge and experience in all areas of employment, including, but not limited to, race and sex discrimination (including sex and race harassment), pregnancy discrimination, family medical leave,  sexual orientation discrimination, disability discrimination, age discrimination, retaliation, Labor law (including claims for unpaid wages) and defamation (slander).
